THE DUBLIN COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER
ON SATURDAY, MAY 3 BEGINNING AT 8:30 A.M.
Community Service Day brings together volunteers of all ages to help area senior citizens, Dublin schools and non-profit organizations with spring clean up and outdoor projects. The success of this event can be measured not only by the lives enhanced, but also in the sense of community pride it fosters. Help us promote this event by downloading and posting this

Please help us with this event by volunteering to help individually or with a group. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Everyone must complete the online waiver form to participate. (Parents and/or legal guardians must register & sign a waiver form for all children under the age of 18.)
If you are volunteering as part of a group, please identify the group name while registering.
Volunteer Check In
Volunteers should meet at the Dublin Community Recreation Center, 5600 Post Road in Dublin on Saturday, May 3 and register from 8:30 to 9 a.m. At this time, volunteers will:
- Meet Their Team Leader and Learn About Specific Project Assignments - Including Driving Directions
- Receive a Volunteer T-Shirt (While Supplies Last)
- Enjoy a Light Breakfast
Volunteers are also encouraged to return to the Dublin Community Recreation Center from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. to enjoy a complimentary lunch, courtesy of Sam's Club.
What should I wear and/or bring on Saturday, May 3?
Dress for the weather and for yard work. All projects are done outdoors! We suggest that you bring the following and label all personal items with your name and phone number:
- Work Gloves / Garden Gloves & work boots/shoes
- Landscaping Tools / Gardening Tools
- Bottled Water
New in 2014 ? Businesses and residents alike will benefit from a community-wide ?shred-it? station and an e-waste recycling drop site located in the Northwest corner of the Dublin Recreation Center parking lot. At this same location, you will also find a one- stop donation drop site for many local non-profits including the Welcome Warehouse and the Dublin Food Pantry. Bring in your items to shred, to recycle or to donate at 8:30 a.m. before you start your volunteer shift! We will be ready and waiting for you!
