Dan is a HORAN partner and pharmacist with over 30 years of in-depth experience across all payer channels including: Medicaid, Medicare, Long-Term Care, Managed Care and Employers. His deep understanding of Rx coverage and reimbursement protocol provides unique insight for vetting Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM's). His experience includes work for Procter & Gamble as Strategic Alliances & Initiatives, and Nebraska Medicaid.
Steve Harry, Manager of Pharmacy Initiatives, Medical Mutual Ohio
Steve has more than 20 years of Pharmacy Benefit and Insurance experience. He meets with clients ranging in size between 400 contracts and 10,000 contracts to review their benefit structure, update them on pharmacy industry developments and recommend cost saving opportunities. In addition, he manages the pharmacy analytics, communication and RFP needs for pharmacy programs to brokers, groups and members.
Ryan Haynes, R.Ph., MBA, Senior Clinical Director, Truveris
A pharmaceutical Managed Care executive with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, Ryan provides clinical expertise to Truveris customers. Ryan’s experience includes pharmaceutical rebate contracting, creation and implementation of clinical programs to optimize plan performance, Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee responsibility, and direct client pharmacy benefit clinical consultation. Ryan earned his pharmacy degree from the University of Wyoming.
The Innovation Roundtable will be moderated by Cheryl Mueller, Vice President, Central Ohio, at HORAN. Cheryl is instrumental in proposing strategies that can be implemented to enhance employee benefit programs while containing costs and improving employee understanding and appreciation of their benefits.
