About the trainer: Kelly Jordan
Kelly Jordan is a Business Relations Specialist for Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. During
her tenure, she has developed and secured strategic business partnerships for a 26 county region, contributed to the growth of the Ohio Business Leadership Network and planned or supported numerous agency flagship hiring events. Kelly is an experienced speaker and lead facilitator for the agency's disability awareness training program. She has created, marketed and facilitated multiple presentations for employers from a variety of industries including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, retail, colleges and universities, as well as federal and state government agencies.
Kelly has more than 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. Her background includes managing all aspects of building a business from developing a business plan, financial procurement, talent acquisition and management, to marketing and customer retention. Prior to building her own business, she worked in the field of marketing and public relations for regional private sector companies including one of the largest worldwide accounting firms.She has also spent time as a field reporter for a local radio station. Kelly is a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma trained professional. She studied Public Relations at The Ohio State University.
