VanTrust Real Estate recently finalized a multi-year lease for its new industrial building in Dublin, Ohio, with Salt Lake City-based Ready Alliance Group set to occupy 50,000 square feet. The company, specializing in "self-reliance" products, plans to use the space as a distribution center for its emergency preparedness items starting this summer.
